Coaching

Brian was my Lecturer for the Oil and Gas Management module of my MSc in Oil & Gas Law. The module was a challenging one, particularly with regards to the financial elements of the course. Brian was an excellent tutor, with endless patience and an ability to engage students and energise the subject matter.

I would highly recommend Brian as a coach. I found our coaching sessions constructive and appropriately challenging and they enabled me to significantly improve in the areas they were focused on.

One of Brian’s strengths as a coach is to ask very good questions. Usually I feel caught a little off guard when I hear them! I think this indicates (1) that they are very relevant to me and (2) that I had not asked nor was planning to ask them of myself in this same manner.

I found the sessions with Brian very useful in taking time out to examine the most effective approaches and techniques to deal with a number of real life business issues.
